Collagen Peptide (Regular)

Description: It is an enzymatic hydrolysate of bovine collagen of Indian origin. Raw collagen gets hydrolysed and in turns loses its gelling strength and gives final product which is low in molecular weight and is sparingly soluble in water. It is a free flowing powderwith characteristic proteinous odourand hygroscopic in nature.

 

Application: Source of digested/hydrolyzed protein used in Nutraceuticals (Food, Pharma, Diagnostics & Cosmetics)
