In place of or in addition to beef extract, this is employed in culture medium as a great stimulant of bacterial growth. A high quality source of amino acids, peptides, vitamins, and other vital nutrients is required for a variety of industrial fermentation processes. Yeast Extract (Autolysate) is guaranteed to be free of GMOs and substances derived from animals. Where a low Amino Nitrogen content is required, it is very effective.

Peptone from yeast is nonmammalian peptone and is completely free from any harmful substances that may lead to disorder such as TSE/BSE which is caused due to infectious protein.
